Event Shuttle
Most APHA official hotels are within walking distance of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. For hotels located more than a half-mile from the venue, shuttle service will be provided. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the designated shuttle boarding locations

Accessible Transportation
Wheelchair accessible van transportation to and from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center to APHA approved hotels can be scheduled upon request. Those who indicated a mobility concern during registration will be sent special instructions on how to schedule transportation in advance of the meeting. Onsite, visit the shuttle transportation booth to make arrangements.
