Presenting at the APHA Annual Meeting and Expo is an exclusive benefit of APHA members. If you are an employee at an active Agency or Company/Consultant Member, you will need to become an individual member of APHA in order to present. Greatly discounted membership fees are available for our Agency and Company/Consultant Members. Check the Member Directory to find out if your organization is an active member of APHA.
STEPS FOR REGISTERING:
- Presenters: You will need an agency code to become an individual member at the discounted member rate. Contact membership@apha.org from your work email address to obtain the code. Then return to this page and click the "Presenter Registration" button below to register for the Annual Meeting.
- Non-Presenters: You will need your Agency Member ID. If you do not know that number, email membership@apha.org from your work email address. Then return to this page and click the "Non-Presenter Registration" button below to enter your ID number and register for the Annual Meeting.
Need to pay by check? You must pay for membership and registration separately. First, contact membership@apha.org for instructions on how to pay for your agency individual membership with a check. Once your membership is in effect, complete the online registration and print out your completed registration form to pay by check. Please note, this process may take up to a month. APHA encourages credit card payments.
Presenter Registration Non-Presenter Registration
Agency and Company/Consultant members can qualify for a discounted individual membership at any time as long as membership is active. Individual membership gives you full access to our award-winning publications, networking through our member sections and career development opportunities.
