APHA Annual Meeting and Expo Registration

Registration and housing is open! APHA 2021 will allow attendees to participate in-person in Denver or virtually from anywhere in the world. Registration fees for each experience are different, with multiple attendee categories to choose from. We encourage you to register by the Early-Bird Deadline for the best rate. A limited number of scholarships are offered by APHA member groups.

  • Denver Attendee Registration Rates — You will participate in-person in Denver and have access to all virtual content. 
  • Virtual Attendee Registration Rates — You will participate online and only have access to live and on-demand virtual content. Not all sessions and events in Denver will be recorded or available to the virtual audience.
  • One-Day Registration Rates — We encourage everyone to attend the full meeting, but one-day registration is available to those who opt to attend one specific day. Presenters and moderators can take advantage of the Early-Bird and Advance rate. General attendees can register for one-day at the Final rate beginning on Sept. 24. 
    • One-day registration includes access to live events and session recordings for the day you register and access to pre-meeting live events and all on-demand content. 
  • On-Site Registration must be completed online using a personal device (laptop, tablet, phone). Paper forms will not be available. Badges can be picked up from the registration desk at the convention center.
