Housing and Travel

2017 Annual Meeting Housing will open June 1.

Beware of Housing Scams

APHA has been made aware of companies contacting a number of exhibitors and attendees to offer hotel reservation services. Spargo, Inc. is the official housing vendor for the APHA Annual Meeting and does not solicit. If you are contacted by a housing vendor that uses APHA's name or the name of the APHA 2017 Annual Meeting, we urge you to exercise extreme caution and to contact us with their information. APHA cannot guarantee that the reservation will be made or if the hotels in our official block will honor these reservations.

Changes and Cancellations
Beginning Oct. 27, please contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel your reservation. If a reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours from the confirmed check-in date, or not cancelled at all (no-show), the hotel will charge a penalty equal to (1) one night of room and tax charges.
