Public Health Education and Health Promotion

The mission of the Section is:

1. To be a strong advocate for health education and health promotion for individuals, groups and communities, and systems and support efforts to achieve health equity in all activities of the Association.  
2. To set, maintain and exemplify the highest ethical principles and standards of practice on the part of all professionals and disciplines whose primary purpose is health education, disease prevention and/or health promotion.
