Description
This interactive webinar will focus on cultural diversity, cultural awareness and health equity, in recognition of Black History Month and Women’s History Month. The presentation will review cultural awareness concepts including cultural humility, implicit bias and stereotypes, and it will provide basic cultural competency tools and strategies for health professionals to better serve individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Presentations will lead into breakout room sessions where participants can engage in interactive discussions with the panelists, followed by a Q&A session.
