Joint Policy Committee

The Joint Policy Committee (JPC) has been charged with overseeing APHA's annual policy statement development and review process. With the adoption of the new policy brief development and review process, the JPC will be replaced by the Evidentiary Review Committee (ERC) at the close of the 2025 Annual Meeting.  

The chairs of the Action, Education and Science Board serve as the co-chairs of the JPC and nominate members to the Committee each year.
