Seven new policy briefs adopted by APHA at its fall Annual Meeting are now available. They cover an array of public health topics such as protecting the health and safety of disaster workers, improving racial and ethnic data collection, and equitably using artificial intelligence in the workforce.

The following policy briefs were approved by the Governing Council on Oct. 29, 2024.

These policy briefs, along with previously approved ones, help guide and inform APHA’s work and the work of its members and Affiliates to address pressing public health concerns.
