The American Public Health Association's School-Sponsored Student Membership program offers discounted rates for schools to sign up students as APHA members, an enticing added value to every school's already robust list of student benefits.
We’ve expanded the program to all schools and programs that offer curriculum in public health, as well as allied professions that work within the public health sector.

Here’s how APHA’s School-Sponsored Student Membership program works:
- An eligible school or program can purchase APHA memberships for students at the low price of $57 per student, which represents a 37% discount from our typical student membership rate (a minimum of five students must be sponsored).
- Membership includes a complimentary APHA membership for one faculty member for every 100 students paid.
- It takes roughly four weeks to get students set up and enjoying their membership.
