Description
When public health departments create a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis, they must also consider their impact on the social sector of the community they serve. Adding inclusion and equity to the SWOT Analysis, making the analysis a SWOTIE, will help health departments to start strategically building in inclusion and equity into their work at all levels.
In this webinar hosted by the Public Health Foundation, presenters will discuss how to use a SWOTIE analysis and the SWOTIE Action Prioritization Matrix to help health departments expand their SWOT analyses to consider their impact on the social sector of the community they serve.
