Description

This webinar is part of the Community Health Leadership Forum, a virtual event series from U.S. News & World Report focused on improving community health across the country.

AGENDA

Having good data about the social determinants of health is vital to helping community health leaders drive decision-making and targeted efforts to improve public health. While many tools exist to track, map and analyze community health metrics, challenges abound about how best to source, measure and interpret data for government officials and the public. The coronavirus pandemic and evolving insights about health inequity have further intensified the need for analytics platforms that can help people get a granular snapshot of health risks in specific neighborhoods. Hear insights from several leaders at the forefront of data-based initiatives and interventions that are driving meaningful change.
