Description
The Positive Culture Framework is the Montana State Univerity Center for Health and Safety Culture’s approach to improving health and safety in communities and organizations based on our latest research. The approach seeks to cultivate health and safety by providing detailed steps and addressing leadership, communication, and integration skills to successfully navigate the process. PCF builds on the recognition that the solutions are in the community. In this free webinar, Center for Health and Safety Culture Principal Scientist Jay Otto, MS, will discuss the Positive Culture Framework and how it can be used to improve your community’s or organization’s health and safety.
