The Health Effects Institute is a nonprofit corporation chartered in 1980 as an independent research organization to provide high-quality, impartial, and relevant science on the health effects of air pollution. This year's annual conference focuses on such topics as "Big Data and Accountability Research," "Brain Helath and Air Pollution," "Inequalities of Air Pollution Exposure and Associated Health Effects in the U.S." and "Understanding Ultrafine Particles and Health: How Can We Make Progress?"
