Addressing Racial Injustice Through Behavioral Health

In this May 2021 webinar, Drs. Ron Manderscheid, Crystal Brandow, and Peggy Swarbrick discussed opportunities for addressing the intersection of racial injustice and behavioral health, including confronting the social determinants of mental health and adverse community experiences that contribute to health inequity and that promote recovery. If you missed the webinar, you can watch the recording and briefly share your feedback about the event.

What is the Future of Mental Health?

If you didn’t get a chance in May to learn more about how technology is opening up opportunities for mental health care, support, and prevention research, you can do it now. Learn more to see peer-reviewed publications, podcasts, and videos from academic institutions. We are also starting a “Future of Mental Health Showcase Series” which will highlight the work of public health professionals and researchers. Stay tuned for more information!
